I am specialized in generational trauma release, genetic and epi genetic mapping and cognitive behavioral practices. During the Nativa Retreat i will be your anchor during our journey trough the maze of the mind. My aim is to teach you the tools you need to be aware of your neural pathways and how to choose different ones to lean into your highest self and manifestions. I will show you the beauty of your mind and guide you in letting go of old conditionings and reconnect with the joy of being human, and the gift of choice.
My name is Sarita, I am a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher for over 14 years. I am active in the performing arts, theater & club and street dance community. I have a wide range of experience with the art of movement, music and creative expression as a performing artist. But more then this i believe in art as a spiritual practice. Aligning and connecting body, mind and spirit. I will be your movement and dance teacher at the Nativa Retreat.
Throughout the week we will explore multiple doorways to connect and become present to our body, movement and e-motion. My aim is to guide you to reconnect with the safety, beauty and strenght of your body so you can experience a deeper kind of selflove and freedom.
